For only €75 / £65 per person you can avail of one of the following:

2 nights accommodation either a midweek or weekend break, breakfast is included on both days at many locations countrywide for €75 for hotels in the Republic of Ireland and £65 for hotels in Northern Ireland.

Kids stay free when sharing with adults (Up to two children aged 10 years or under).

For only €39 per person you can avail of a one night break, breakfast is included, at a range of great locations nationwide. The break is valid for weekends and midweek stays, kids stay for free when sharing with adults (up to two children aged 10 years or under).

Hotel Breaks

All the hotels in this promotion are of 3 or 4 star standard. Choose from a one night city break in Dublin or a tranquil three night break at a resort, the choice is yours! Once you enter your desired travel dates and destination in the search form, you will be redirected to greatbreaks.ie where you will be able to finish your booking. You will need a laser/credit card to make a booking and quote the unique reference code: 1 850 PLUM.

Can I have a list of hotels?

Because there are so many hotels in the promotion and as availability varies by location, we do not provide lists, the best way to explore your options is by using our search form.

Are all the hotels of good standard?

All hotels in this promotion are 3 or 4 star and are approved by Failte Ireland.

Reservations and Payment

How do I pay?

You will need a debit/credit card to secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of €12.50 / £10 per person plus a card processing fee of €1.50 / £1.50 per break will apply. You pay the balance to the hotel, you can choose to pay the hotel by cash or credit/debit card. See Terms and Conditions for full payment details.

Can I specify my room type?

Most of the hotels in the promotion offer double ( one double bed) or twin ( two single beds) rooms. Some hotels offer family rooms, these rooms have 1 or 2 extra beds and can be booked online or via the call centre.

What do I need to complete a reservation

If you are booking online you will receive a confirmation number when your booking is complete, please either print this out or make a note of the confirmation number. If you are booking via the reservations centre, you will receive a number, please bring this along with your postbreaks voucher to the hotel.

How can I review a hotel’s facilities?

What are the check in and check out times?

Check in is 3 pm and check out is noon.

What if I am arriving late?

Your booking is guaranteed which means the hotel will hold your room for you on the first night however it is advisable to call them to let them know you will be late.

Terms and Conditions

By participating in the Plumrewards promotion you agree to the terms and conditions below.

  1. The hotel break must be booked through the website http://plumrewards.ie/hotel-breaks/ or by calling the dedicated line on 1850 20 30 37 or 00 353 1 2144820 from Northern Ireland. Calls made to the 1850 number will be charged at a reduced rate and calls to the other number will be charged at the usual rate. Phone lines are open Monday to Friday 9 am to 7 pm and Saturday from 10am to 5 pm. 
  2. You must quote the reference number – 1 850 Plum - to complete your booking.

  4. Plumrewards reference number can be used to book hotels either midweek or at weekends. 
  5. Children aged 10 or under stay free when sharing with parents. Maximum of 2 children sharing with up to 2 adults applies. Children’s breakfast is extra and priced at €5 (ROI)/£3.50 (NI) per child. 
  6. The Plumrewards Hotel Breaks is operated by Cronin Marketing Communications whose registered office is at 6 Charlemont Terrace, Crofton Road, Dun Laoghaire, County Dublin. Cronin Marketing Communications acts as an agent in the provision of accommodation under the Greatbreaks promotion. By participating in the promotion you agree to allow Cronin Marketing Communications to pass on your information to the accommodation being booked on your behalf in order to complete the booking process.
  7. By participating in the promotion you acknowledge that the contract for accommodation is between you and the accommodation provider only and that Greatbreaks has no liability to you for loss, damage or expense suffered by you due to booking errors, oversights or delays in booking accommodation or the standard of the accommodation or breach of contract or negligence in relation to the accommodation.
  8. By participating in the promotion you agree that Cronin Marketing Communications accept no responsibility for loss, damage or disappointment suffered by customers due to overbooking errors, oversights or delays in processing payment or service issues at participating accommodations for which they have no direct responsibility. In the unlikely event that you encounter any service issues during your break please inform your accommodation during your stay, so that every opportunity is given to rectify any issues.
  9. The prices quoted apply for breaks booked and taken during the promotion.
  10. A booking deposit of €12.10, already included in the price, will be charged to your payment card when booking a greatbreak, the balance is payable to your hotel on departure. 
  11. A credit/laser card processing fee of €1.50 per room booked will apply.
  12. Changes to your booking will carry an administration fee equal to the deposit paid.  Cancellations will incur the loss of your booking deposit. Changes must be made through the reservations centre on 1850 20 30 37  (ROI) or 00 353 1 2144820 (NI).
  13. The offer is subject to promotional availability and this may be more limited during public holidays and peak holiday periods.
  14. The accommodation available through the promotion is €39 pps for an overnight break All participating accommodations are to a minimum of 3 star standard.
  15. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or any other services at participating hotels. 
  16. These terms and conditions do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer. This agreement is governed by the laws of Ireland and subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
